Strawberry – 1kg.
Sugar – 1kg.
Take 1 kg of strawberries and wash them.
Remove the leaves.
Cut them into half.
Take a separate bowl and add 1 kg of sugar.
Refrigerate the strawberries overnight.
Then, take a deep cooking saucepan and add strawberries.
Mash them in a low heat flame.
Once mashed, clean the edges of the saucepan with spatula, cook it for half an hour in a low heat flame. Once you see a nice glaze, turn off the flame and let it rest in the room temperature for 20 minutes.
Pour and store it in a jar…
