Add 4 eggs in a bowl.
Take 2 cups of flour, 1 and a half cup of sugar, 2/3 cup of oil.
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Beat the eggs in medium speed.
Once the eggs are foamy, add sugar…Beat it.
Then, add oil in the bowl, beat it again.
Add flour, keep on beating the mixture.
Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
Add 1/3 cup of milk.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
Beat the batter well.
Add 1 tbsp of yogurt.
Once the mixture thickens, stop the beater.
Then, take the cupcake tray and set the cupcake paper liners.
Pour the batter.
Pat the tray with the help of your both hands and set the batter.
Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
For chocolate ganache:
Take a small deep cooking saucepan and add 250 g of chocolate bar, 200 ml of fresh cream and 1 tbsp of grinded sugar. Once everything melts in a low heat flame, mix it well and let it rest for 20 minutes in room temperature, then refrigerate it for 15 minutes. When the ganache is ready, then you can set it on top of the cupcakes.
Once the cupcakes are perfectly baked, let them cool for 15 minutes in room temperature.
Your vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache and chocolate chips are ready.
Total – 25 to 30 cupcakes.
Preparation time – 1 hour and 35 minutes.
