Mixed Vegetable Paratha

Method:

Take 2 cups of wheat flour (atta) and knead it with water, refrigerate it for half an hour. Take the dough out from refrigerator, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Make small smooth balls of the dough. Press it and dust it with flour.

Use the rolling pin to flat the dough.

Once you have two flattened doughs…Add and spread 2 tbsp of mashed mixed vegetable on the whole flattened dough. (Here is the link down below of mixed vegetable that I made earlier

Once the mixture is added, take the second flattened dough and place it on top of the first one.

Press the edges of flattened flour dough with fingers so that the mixture remains inside.

Take a tava, add 1 tbsp of ghee and place the flattened dough carefully with the help of your hands on top of it.

Flip it and cook the other side in a medium heat flame.

Add 1 tsp of more ghee.

Flip it again and cook it for 1 minute.

Repeat the process to make more parathas…

Your MIXED VEGETABLE PARATHA is ready! πŸ˜€

Serves 5-6 persons.

Preparation time – 1 hour.

You can serve it with yogurt or a chutney.
