Take a deep cooking saucepan and add 2 litres of milk and 6 to 7 small green cardamoms and cook it in a low heat flame for 10 minutes.
Take a small cooking saucepan and boil 1/2 cup of rice.
Then, add mashed rice into the deep cooking saucepan.
Whisk the rice and milk well.
Cook it for 30 minutes in a low heat flame and don’t stop whisking.
Once the milk and rice thickens…Add 1 and a half cup of sugar.
Mix the sugar well until it changes its color.
Once the color slightly changes, add 1/4 tsp of kewra essence.
Mix the essence well for 5 more minutes.
Your KHEER is ready! 😀
