Take a deep cooking saucepan and fill half of the saucepan with water and boil 225g of long macaroni in a medium heat flame and add 1/4 cup of oil to avoid sticking.
Strain out the water after boiling.
Then, keep the long macaroni aside.
Take a deep frying pan and melt 2 tbsp of butter.
Add 1/2 kg of shredded boiled chicken.
Then, add 1/2 a capsicum (chopped), 1/2 small cauliflower, 2 medium size carrots (chopped), and 1/2 cup of peas.
Mix them well.
Add 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder and add salt as required.
Mix the spices well.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
Mix it again.
Add long macaroni in the frying pan.
Cook them for 5 minutes in a medium heat flame.
Your Chicken and Vegetable Long Macaroni is ready! 😀
