Take 3 kg of carrots.
Grate the carrots and add them into the deep cooking saucepan.
Add 1 liter of milk.
Cover the lid till carrots are cooked and milk is dried in a medium heat flame.
Once the milk dries, add 1/2 cup of ghee/clarified butter and 7 to 8 small green cardamoms.
Mix it well.
Then, add 2 to 3 cups of sugar.
Mix the sugar well, and keep on stirring till the carrots are covered in a nice glaze, and they separate from cooking saucepan.
Garnish it with chopped almonds.
