Add 4 tbsp of oil and 2 medium size onions in a deep cooking saucepan.
Add 1 tsp of ginger and garlic chopped.
Once the onions are caramelized well…Add 1 kg of mutton (boiled).
Add 1/2 tsp of grinded dundicut peppers, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder and add salt as required.
Add 1/4 cup of water.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add 1 bunch of spinach (boiled and blended).
Cover the lid for 15 minutes in a low heat flame.
Garnish it with melted butter and coriander leaves.
Your Spinach Mutton Curry/Palak Gosht is ready! 😀
