Take a deep cooking saucepan, add 5bsp of oil, 2 medium size onions, once they are caramelized, add ½ kg of cauliflower.
Add 2 green chilies, 3 carrots and ½ cup of peas.
Add 3 medium size potatoes.
Mix all the vegetables well.
Add 1 tsp of grinded ball/round red chilies, ½ tsp of black cumin seeds and mix well.
Take a separate bowl and add ½ cup of yogurt, ½ tsp of red chilli powder, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of all spice powder, and add salt as required.
Mix the spices well.
Pour it in the deep cooking saucepan.
Add ¼ cup of water and stir well.
Cover the lid of deep cooking saucepan for 20 minutes.
Garnish it with green chilies and coriander leaves.
Your mixed vegetable is ready!!!😀
