Take a bowl, add 1/2 kg of yogurt, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
Add 4 tbsp of sugar.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Then, take a separate bowl and add 3 tbsp of gram flour, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
Mix the ingredients well by adding 1/2 cup of water.
Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
Still till it turns into a thick paste.
Take 1 tbsp of that paste and keep on deep frying until…It changes into a nice golden color.
Add the dumplings into sweet yogurt sauce.
Remember, ALLOW THEM TO COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
Garnish it with green chillies and onions. Sprinkle a bit of chaat masala.
Your Dahi Phulkiyaan are ready! 😀
