Ingredients:
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Butter – 250 grams
- Marie biscuit or any other biscuit you like – 3 rolls (9 biscuits in each roll)
- Butter paper roll – (16×12 size)
Method:
Take a double boiler, add butter, cocoa powder, mix well, add sugar and keep on mixing until it is perfectly dissolved in the butter and cocoa powder mixture. Beat the egg in a separate small bowl and add it in the above mixture. Keep on stirring in order to avoid lumps in the chocolate mixture, once you see the mixture has a nice glaze, stop double boiler from heating. Take a large bowl and crush all the biscuits in small pieces, keep on adding the chocolate mixture in the bowl until the biscuits are completely dipped in chocolate. Then take the butter paper and put the chocolate biscuit mixture on top of it, flat the material with spoon, once the mixture is flat enough, roll it, place the rolled butter paper into the freezer for 20mins. After 20mins, remove the butter paper and cut the chocolate mixture into one bite cake pieces. The chocolate cold cake is ready.
Serves 4 – 5 persons.
